A free initial assessment of fifty minutes offers you an opportunity to see what I’m like, explore what you want from counselling and consider how we could work together. I recommend you visit other counsellors before deciding so you can get a better picture of who you gel with.
Fees are based upon a sliding scale of between £45.00 and £70.00 depending upon what you can currently afford, for a weekly 50 minute session.
50 minutes is generally the standard time length for a counselling session but on occasion a longer appointment may feel more appropriate for an individual's needs and I endeavour to work flexibly with this in mind. I will happily discuss this with you further if you have any questions regarding this matter.
If I have availability I can do an extended double session of 1 hour and 40 minutes as a one off to support and supplement regular 50 minute sessions.
